INTRODUCTION
Belkia Export L.L.C. (“Kuponiac” or “we”) operates www.Kuponiac.com and microsites hosted by Kuponiac that are linked from business partner websites (collectively, the “Kuponiac Site”), a website that allows users to obtain coupons and free product samples from Kuponiac and its product partners, to enter contests, sweepstakes and promotions, and to enjoy any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by Kuponiac in connection with Kuponiac’s business, including when the Kuponiac Site is accessed via the Internet, mobile, or other device (collectively, the “Kuponiac Services”). Kuponiac is based in the United States.
As set forth in our Terms of Use, the Kuponiac Site is a general audience site, is not targeted to children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
This Privacy Policy applies to all “users” of the Kuponiac Services, including users who visit our website without obtaining any coupons or samples, or participating in a contest or sweepstakes. The Policy describes Kuponiac’s collection and use of users’ personal information (e.g., information that identifies a specific person, such as full name or email address). It also describes generally Kuponiac’s practices for handling non-personally identifiable information (e.g., site usage, browser type) to the extent such information is associated with a particular user.

User Submitted Information
Users submit information to Kuponiac in order to take advantage of the following Kuponiac Services:
Targeted Coupons Users are given the option of submitting their zip code to Kuponiac in order to receive coupons and offers that are targeted to the area in which they live.
New Coupon Alerts. Users who want to be notified when new coupons are available on the Kuponiac Site must provide Kuponiac with their email address, zip code and gender.
Free Samples. Users who want to receive free samples through Kuponiac from a Product Partner (the company that supplies the product or service) must provide their names and mailing addresses to Kuponiac so that their request can be fulfilled.
Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions. Users who enter contests, sweepstakes or promotions must provide their full name, mailing address and email address to Kuponiac.
Partner Services. Users who want to obtain Kuponiac coupons or offers through a Product Partner website, or who want to receive product information, newsletters or promotional material from a Product Partner, must provide their personal information (e.g., email and/or mailing address) to Kuponiac and/or the Product Partner so that their request can be fulfilled.
Website Collected Information
Website Activity Information. When users visit the Kuponiac Services, we may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about those visits. We may use aggregated, anonymous data about use of and activity on the Kuponiac Site to assist us in this regard and such data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
The information that users submit to the Kuponiac Site in order to obtain Free Samples, to enter Sweepstakes, Contests or Promotions or to obtain coupons or products from a Product Partner is transferred to the Product Partner who will fulfill the user’s request or, in the case of Sweepstakes, Contests or Promotions, to our sweepstakes administrator, sweepstakes partner and/or prize sponsor. Kuponiac does not retain this user information.
To allow third-party service providers to assist us in providing and managing the Kuponiac Services. Kuponiac may make your personal information available to certain third-party service providers, such as contractors, agents or sponsors, who help us manage or provide the Kuponiac Services. These outside service providers are required to protect personal information entrusted to them and not use it for any other purpose than the specific service they are providing to Kuponiac.
To deliver relevant advertising. We may use the information you provide to us, and information we collect about your use of the Kuponiac Services through cookies and other technologies, to assist us in delivering you relevant ads when you visit the Kuponiac Services. To protect the rights of Kuponiac and our users. To complete a merger or sale of assets.
